Refund / Return Policy

At Joisom, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products and services.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product received in tampered condition
  • Missing items in the package

Customers must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged packaging after delivery
  • Perishable or consumable food products
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Replacement may be provided, or
  • Refund may be initiated to the original payment method

Refund processing time:

  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Bank Transfers / Cards: 5–10 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damaged or incorrect products, Joisom will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Rejection

Refund or return requests may be rejected if:

  • The claim is raised after the allowed timeline
  • Product is used or partially consumed
  • Customer provides incorrect delivery information
  • Damage is caused after delivery
